The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular called session on the above date in the Council Chamber in
6 the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present:

Dr. A. H. Douglass, City Manager
J. H. Crouch, City Clerk
Moved by Alderman Walker that the Council rescind the �
action of November 5 relative to water rates for the Subsistence
Colony and water rates for the Subsistence Colony be established
equivalent with the city's residential rate and the City Manager
be authorized to sign contract covering the rates and the
installation and maintenance of the water system for said colony.
Motion seconded by Alderman Taylor and carried.
Moved by Alderman Walker that the Wichita General Hospital
be paid the sum of �1,750.00 for the month of a AT
Mot ion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried.

! Moved by- Alderman Taylor that the Bond submitted by M. H.
Pearce, House Mover, be accepted and approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampf li and carried.
Moved by Alderman Stampfli that the City pay the Wichita
National the sum of 4750,00 covering Right-of-Way for Highway No. 5
through Lots 1 to 5, Block 31, Barwi se & Jalonic Addition? and the
City to further furnish Wichita National Bank tag receipts covering
I Lots I to 8. Block 31, Barad se & Jalonic Addition.
Motion seconded by Alderman: Taylor and carried.
