The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date at 7 :30 P.M. in the Council Chamber
in the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present :
John T. Young, Mayor
L. C. Rodgers, X
Ray Puckett,
Mark D. Walker, X Aldermen
Mack Taylor, X
V. E. Stampfli,
A. H. Douglass, City Manager
J. H. Crouch, City Clerk
W. E. George, City Attorney
The meeting was opened with prayer.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman Walker that J. :9. Stokes be appointed
Alderman, Place No. 2.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfl i and carried.
Moved by Alderman Walker that the application of Bob
Collier for license to oiler ate a domino parlor at 624 Seventh Street
be approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampf li and carried.

Lloved by Alde man 'fialker that the application of J.
k Marshall Franklin for license to operate a domino parlor at 7212
Eighth Street be approved subject to approval of the police
Department.
Motion seconded by Alderman Puckett and carried.
Moved by Alderman Taylor that the expense accounts of
F. M. Rugeley in the amount of 28.92 and J. B. Upchurch in the
amount of $9.05 be approved and paid.

Motion seconded by Alderman Walker and carried.
Moved by Alderman Stampfli that the account of W. I. Neel
for $15.00 for rent of branch library be approved and paid.

Coleman be appointed members of the Board of Plumbing Examiners.

The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.

The IL-avor appointed a committee of Aldermen Puckett and
Taylor and City Manager Douglass to work with a citizens committee
to recommend to the Aldermen a financing program to meet the city' s
bonded debt.
Moved by Alderman Puckett that the meeting be adjourned.
Taotion seconded by Alderman Taylor and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
