approved.
Yoved by Aldernian I'yers that the Tveyor be authorized to
rep. resent the City of 'v7ichita Falls at the 22nd annual convention
of the Teague of Texas 11unicipalities to be held in Galveston on
July 9, 10, and 11.
The motion was seconded by Alderman Fox and carried.
Moved by Alder�man Deaton that the City _Lttorney be auth-
orized and instructed to file suit against T. 'R. Yarlow for all de-
linc�uent taxes due the City ; said suit having been reauested by T'r.
