The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas , met in called
session on the above date in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Building
at 8:30 o'clock A.M. , with the following members present.

The invocation was given by Alderman Hampton.
Item 2
A proposed ordinance was presented waiving Section 25-69 of the Code of
Ordinances concerning location of a transient show.
ORDINANCE NO. 37-82
ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF SECTION 25-69 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO AUTHORIZE CIRCUS SPONSORED BY MASKAT TEMPLE
AT THE D. L. LIGON COLISEUM ON MIDWESTERN STATE UNIVERSITY
CAMPUS MARCH 26 THROUGH MARCH 28, 1982.
Moved by Alderman Shearman that Ordinance No. 37-82 be passed.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hampton, and carried by the following vote.
Ayes : Mayor Hill , Aldermen Shearman, Hampton, Smith and Boston
Nays : None
The Board of Aldermen adjourned at 8:32 A.M.
