Motion seconded by Alderman Meissner and carried, with Aldermen Hale and Hall Voting No. Moved by Alderman Hall that the Board of Aldermen does hereby approve and authorize payment to Wichita General Hospital the suns of $9301.51 for charity patients r for the month of November, and direct the City Clerk to draw a check for the same. Moved by Alderman Thacker that the Board of Aldermen does hereby authorize the execution of an Agreement by and between the Fort Worth & Denver Ry Company and the City of Wichita Falls for a right-of-way and easement for the purpose of constructing, maintain- ing and operating a street upon, over and across certain premises of the Railway Company situated in Wichita County, Texas, and being shown in yellow outline on Railway Company's 'blue-print numbered WV 2 112 dated October 29, 1958, marked Exhibit "A," for a consideration 312-4 o $10,..0q; further does hereby authorize and empower Mayor K. Moved by Alderman Bonner that the Board of Aldermen does hereby authorize the issuance of a permit to Southwestern Investment Co. to set an 8 inch pipe on the 7th St. Aside, approximately 3 ft, from the corner next to the building located at 7th & Lamar, for the purpose of erecting a neon sign, subject building inspector. , however, to final approval of the City Motion seconded by Alderman Meissner and carried; with Aldermen Hale and Hall voting No, Moved by Alderman Meissner that the Board of Aldermen does hereby authorize issuance of a permit to W. H. Hammond to convert his building, located at Travis & 9th, into an auto parking place, when and at such time as the City Building inspector is furnished sufficient evidence that the ramp and second floor have been properly fire-proofed with Flamort chemicals, or its equal, by the issuance of a certificate showing the chemicals have actually been applied in accordance wittr Underwriters Laboratory specifications and requirements. Motion seconded by Alderman Vaughan and carried. Moved by Alderman Bonner that the Board of Aldermen does hereby authorize tax adjustments, both personal and real, *s follows: Recap Adjustment #199-504, resulting in a loss of $2559.85, as reflected by Schedule attached hereto and made a part of the records hereof; likewise, Recap Adjustment ##1-198, resulting in a total loss of $836.58, as reflected by Schedule attached hereto and made a part of the records herepf; also Recap Adjustment ##422-456, resulting in a loss of $555.20 on personal property by reason of double assessments and assessments against the wrong property or located outside the City Limits, schedule of which is also attached hereto and made a part of the records hereof.
