The Board of Aldermen of the City of WichitaFalls met in called session on the
above date, in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Bldg., at 11:50 o'clock A.M.,
with the following members present:

Stayton M. Bonner Aldermen
Milam J. Vaughan
Bill Thgcker

H. A. Thomason City Manager
J. Walter Friberg City Attorney
Mayor K. C. Spell stated the purpose of this meeting to be the appointment
of a Tax Equalization Board.
Moved by Alderman Bonner that the Board of Aldermen does hereby officially
- appoint Roscoe Staton, W. C. Hamilton and Homer Karrenbrock to serve on the City of
Wichita Falls Tax Equalization Board for the year 1958.
Motion seconded by Alderman Vaughan and carried.
Moved by Alderman Vaughan that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bonner and carried.
