Ord 03-2016 1/19/2016Ordinance No. 03-2016 Ordinance granting a 398.1 square foot permanent private communication easement lying within the public right -of-way of 8th Street, between Lot 7-A Block 258, Original Townsite Subdivision and Lot 2A, Block 257, Original Townsite Sub division, more specifically described and depicted on the attached Exhibits “A”, “B” and “C” WHEREAS, Red River Hospital , LLC has requested the City grant a permanent private underground communication easement to enable them to connect communication systems from the existing facility at 1505 8 th Street to the new facility located at 1500 8th Street, between Lot 7-A Block 258, Original Townsite Subdivision and Lot 2A, Block 257, Original Townsite Subdivision ; and, WHEREAS, all affected City departments have approved this request, and, WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the best public interest to grant said permanent private underground communication easement as herein indicated on “Exhibit “A” Permanent Private Underground Communication Easement, Ex hibit “B” Communications Easement Location, and Exhibit “C” Property Location Map, as attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: A permanent private communication easement lyin g within the public right-of- way of 8th Street, between Lot 7-A Block 258, Original Townsite Subdivision and Lot 2A, Block 257, Original Townsite Subdivision, more specifically described and depicted on the attached Exhibits “A”, “B” and “C” is hereby approved.
