Resolution to approve Change Order No. 3 for the 2015 Asphalt
Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $279,292.45
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has negotiated a price of $279,292.45, for the
additional base repairs ne eded as part of the 2015 Asphalt Street Rehabilitation
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 3 for the 2015
Asphalt Street Rehabi litation Project in the amount of $279,292.45,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of January, 2016.
