the City.

issuance of a permit to the proper property owners to pave the alley with black top on the
South side of Doolens Pha.rm.acy located on Brook Street in Block 4 Cutlee addition provided
however the said property owners enter into a written agreement with the City to maintain
the paving now and the future at no expense whatsoever to the City.
