The City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called
session on the above date in the Council Conference Room of the Memorial
Auditorium Building at 1 :30 o'clock P.M. , with the following members present.

James A. Welburn

The meeting was called to order by the Mayor, and the Council immediately
recessed into executive session, authorized by Article 6252-17, Section 2 (e) ,
of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
The City Council adjourned at 3:10 P.M.
