The City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called session
on the above date in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Building at
8:30 o'clock A.M. , with the following members present.

The invocation was given by Councilman Harper.

ORDINANCE NO. 124-84
AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE PAYMENT OF DEBT SERVICE.
Moved by Councilman Wilson that Ordinance No. 124-84 be passed.
Motion seconded by Councilman Palmer.
This is an appropriation for debt service which was not in the budget
approved in September. The City Manager explained that the amounts were in the
budget, but the appropriation was not. The revenues were there, but it has to
be appropriated for bond payments.
Fred Werner, Chief Accounting Officer, explained that we are at the end
of the airport revenue fund. The next bond payment is due November 1. We
make two payments a year.
The motion was carried by the following vote.
Ayes: Mayor Cook, Councilmen Swift, Thomas, Harper, Wilson, Palmer, and
Welburn
Nays: None
The meeting adjourned at 8:45 A.M. , to the Council Conference Room, for
a work session on a proposed financial policy.
