NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The attached Change Order No. 1 to the 2010 Alley Rehab Project (CWF 10- 530-09) is approved in the amount of $66,588.30, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the change order.
