FALLS, TEXAS AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.11 -2005 TO REPLACE
THE ELECTION OFFICIAL AT CUNNINGHAM SCHOOL, CITY BOX 8:
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.

Municipal
Election, and
WHEREAS, the Presiding Judge in City Box 8 is unable to serve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT.
SECTION 1 . Ann Harper is appointed as Presiding Judge to serve in City Box 8
at Cunningham School. Exhibit attached hereto hereby replaces the previous Exhibit
A attached to Ordinance No 11 -2005.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ra i was passed was open to the public as required by law.
