ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 58, ARTICLE III, SECTION
58 -73 OF THE: CITY OF WICHITA FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED SV LAW.
NOW THERE[ =ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION I_. Chapter 58, HEALTH", Article III, Public Board of Health,
Section 58 -73, Officers, rules of procedure; quorum, meetings, is hereby amended to
read as follows'.
'ARTICLE III. FUELED BOARD OF HEALTH
Sec. 58-73. Office's; rules of procedure, quorum', meetings.
(a) The public board of health shall elect a chair, a vice - chair, and
a secretary and shall adopt rules for the conduct of its
meetings.
(b) Four voting representatives shall coneaitute a quorum for the
transaction of business.
(a) The board shall meeting bimonthly on the fourth Friday of the
second month, or at such special meeting as may be called by
the chair, the director /health authority, or the city manager°
S ECTION 2. t is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required bylaw,
