ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A FRANCHISE RENEWAL FOR TAXICAB
SERVICE TO CAMILLA TRANSPORTATION, INC. FLA ALL AMERICAN
TRANSPORTATION ALL AMERICAN CAB; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Davilla Transportation,
Inc to renew their taxicab franchise within the City limits of Wichita Falls' and
WHEREAS, the application submitted meets the requirements as set forth in
Chapter 110 of the Code of Ordinances regulating Vehicles for Hire, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held to receive comments regarding the
granting of such franchise renewal.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . A franchise renewal for taxicab service is hereby authorized to
Davilla Transportation, Inc., dba All American Transportation All American Cab as
provided for in Chapter 110 of the Code of Ordinances. Said franchise will expire
_. 30 davv fromthisdate.
S ECTION 2 . A total of seventeen (1I) taxicab permits are authorized for said
franchise.
SECTION 3 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required bylaw
