ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, WAIVING SECTION 110 -292 AS IT RELATES TO
SECTION 110 -57(3) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES REQUIRING A
COMPILED FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOR A SPECIAL SERVICE
VEHICLE PERMIT FOR LOS GRINGOS LOCOS, L.L.C.; DBA LOS
GRINGOS FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Section 110 -292 requires a special service vehicle applicant to
provide a compiled financial statement, as required in Section 110 - 57(3); and,
WHEREAS, Los Gringos Locos, L.L.C., has applied for a special service vehicle
permit; and,
WHEREAS, Los Gringos Locos, L.L.C., has provided other financial information
which satisfies the intent of Section 110 -57(3) of the Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
S ECTION 1 . The requirement for a compiled financial statement for applicant
Los Gringos Locos, L.L.C. DBA as Los Gringos, as required by Sections 110 -292 and
110- 57(a)(3) of the Wichita Falls Code of Ordinances, is hereby waived.
S ECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
