ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CASE C 05-
34) TO ALLOW A LIMITED MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT TO BE
CONSTRUCTED AT 4701 WYOMING AVENUE; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the conditional use
permit with the condition that all lighting be directed away from single - family residences;
and
WHEREAS, a citizen has appealed the decision of the Planning and Zoning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with the decision of the Planning and
Zoning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The City Council hereby affirms the decision of the Planning and
Zoning Commission and approves the conditional use permit (Case # C 05 -34) with the
condition that all lighting be directed away from single - family residential areas.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
