AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS NAMING THE ELECTION OFFICIALS AND POLLING PLACES
FOR THE FEBRUARY 5, 2005 SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION,
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered a Special Election to be held on February
5, 2005 for the purpose of voting For or Against the recall of Mayor Wiliam K. Altman;
and
WHEREAS, the election judges and polling places need to be named -or
the February 5, 2005 Special Municipal Election.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT
SECTION 1. That the electron officials and palling places for this election are
hereby named as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
SECTION 2. It is officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
