(� t 4 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, REZONING 3101 SHEPPARD ACCESS ROAD, ALSO DESCRIBED AS LOT 6, AIRLINE PARK ADDITION, FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONING; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, the Planning and & Zoning Commission has recommended the rezoning of the above referenced property, and, WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with this recommendation and finds that the herein described rezoning is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT SEC TIO N 1 . Property located at 3101 Sheppard Access Road, also described as Lot 6, Airline Park Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as shown on the attached map, incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment "A," is hereby rezoned to Light Industrial zoning. SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
