AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPOINTING LARRY GILLEN MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR
A SPECIFIED TERM, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Larry Gillen's Current term as Wichita Falls Municipal Judge will
expire on May 21, 2004, and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Gillen has expressed a desire to serve in [his capacity for
another term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby reappoints Larry Gillen as Wichita Falls
Municipal Judge for a term of two _ years, beginning May 21, 2004.
SECTI 2. It is officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
