Resofution Awarding The Bid For The River Road Wastewater
Treatment Plant New Belt Filter Press Construction Project (CWF09-
550-14) To Associated Construction Partners, LTD In The Amount Of
Approximately $696,420
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for the River Road
Wastewater Treatment Plant New Belt Filter Press Construction Project (CWF09-550-
14); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was
Associated Construction Partners, LTD, which made a unit lump sum price bid with an
estimated total of $696,420.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price contract for the River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant New Belt
Filter Press Construction Project (CWF09-550-14) is awarded to Associated
Construction Partners, LTD, in an estimated total amount of $696,420.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said Contractor for the construction of
such project in accordance with the bid specifications.
