ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 106 -127 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES APPROVING WHOLESALE WATER RATES FOR
CONTRACT WATER CUSTOMERS, FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BYLAW
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1. Sectlen 106 -127 dated September 15, 1998 pertaining to water
rates for wholesale customers is hereby amended, and the following rates are approved
for the indicated category of wholesale water customer'.
