ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZJNG THE TRANSFER OF ALL AMERICAN
CAB COMPANY FRANCHISE TO DAVILLA TRANSPORTATION, INC.,
DBA ALL AMERICAN TRANSPORTATION ALL AMERICAN CAB;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Claudio Ramirez, Sr.,
owner of All American Cab Company to transfer the All American Cab Company
franchise to Davilla Transportation, Inc., dba All American Transportation All American
Cad; and
WHEREAS, the transferors, Claudio Ramirez, Sr., Jose Ramirez, Sr., and
Claudio Ramirez, Jr., have also executed said application, as required under Section
110-61 of the Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT,
SECTION i . A taxicab service franchise transfer from All American Cab
Company to Davilla Transportation, Inc., ribs All American Transportation All American
Cab, is hereby authorized to Claudio Ramirez, Sr., owner of All American Cab
Company, as provided for in Chapter 110 of the Code of Ordinances. Said franchise will
expire six months from September 21, 2004.
SECTION 2, Atotal of seventeen (17) taxicab permits are authorized for said
franchise.
SE CTION 3 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was Passed was open to the public as required by law
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6" day of October. 2004.
