Ord 093-2004 12/7/2004ORDINANCE NO ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS. TEXAS, AMENDING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT FOR CANYON TRAILS SUBDIVISION (PUD 92 -04), FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS. The Planned Unit Development regulations for Canyon Trails Subdivision were originally approved in 1992, and the developer has now requested approval of changes to the original Master Plan /Preliminary plat, and WHEREAS. The Planning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed Master Plan /Preliminary Plat on November 10, 2004 and voted to recommend approval of the new plan', and WHEREAS. City Council concurs with this recommendation and finds that the herein described revised Master Plan /Preliminary plat is In the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT SECTION 1. The Canyon Trails Planned Unit Development Zone (ROD 92 -04), approved by the City Council on April 7, 1992 in Ordinance 24 -92, is hereby amended to adopt a revised Master Plan /Preliminary Plat. as shown on the attached map, incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment "A" Said map shall be used as a guide in the layout of future streets, lots and open spaces and shall replace the original master plan map contained in Ordinance 24 -92." SECTI 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
