Resolution Awarding the Bid For The 2010 Street Rehabilitation
Project (CWF10-100-06) to Bobby Bounds Excavation, in an
estimated total amount of $1,501,854
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2010 Street
Rehabilitation Project (CWF10-100-06); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bobby Bounds
Excavation, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $1,501,854.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2010 Street Rehabilitation Project (CWF10-100-06) is
awarded to Bobby Bounds Excavation, in an estimated total amount of $1,501,854, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for
the construction of such project.
