Resolution Awarding The Bid For The 2010 Alley Rehabilitation
Project (CWF10-530-09) To McGrath Brothers Concrete In An
Estimated Total Amount Of $362,121.20
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2010 Alley
Rehabilitation Project (CWF 10-530-09); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is McGrath Brothers
Concrete, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $362,121.20.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2010 Alley Rehabilitation Project (CWF10-530-09) is
awarded to McGrath Brothers Concrete, in an estimated total amount of $362,121.20,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
