Resolution authorizing award of bid to Retail Motorcycle
Ventures, Inc. for the purchase of three (3) BMW Police
Motorcycles in the amount of $74,346.90
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of three (3) each police motorcycles; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on November 11, 2015;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase three (3) police motorcycles for
the Police Motor’s Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for three (3) police motorcycle s to
Retail Motorcycle Ventures, Inc., in the amount of $74,346.90.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of December, 2015.
