Resolution Awarding Bid For The Purchase Of One 25,500 GVW Crew
Cab And One 25,500 GVW Dump Truck, With An Option To Purchase
Two Additional Units In FY 2010-2011, To Wichita Falls Freightliner In
The Amount Of $148,576.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of one 25,500 GVW Crew Truck and one 25,500 GVW Dump Truck, and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on April 23, 2010, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase of one 25,500 GVW Crew
Truck and one 25,500 GVW Dump Truck for the City fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for One 25,500 GVW Crew Cab And One 25,500 GVW Dump Truck, with
An Option To Purchase Two Additional Units In FY 2010-2011, is awarded to Wichita
Falls Freightliner In The Amount Of $148,576.00, and City staff is authorized to
execute all documents necessary to purchase said items.
