ordinance from another city that will be forwarded to the City Attorney for
suggested approval by council. Mark also advised 24 states have passed this as
law. Assistant City Attorney Peter Scott advised the city's legal department
looked over the information presented by the TSC. To date, the Legal
Department and the TSC have not reached an agreement on a document to
present to City Council. Still Pending
New Business:
1. 01-15: Adopting City Ordinance banning all motorized vehicles from city parks
also to include schools and any city owned public property.
