OLD BUSINESS: adjustments to their five year License recently granted for

a. Amendment of advertisement signs attached to the outfield fence. There was a
discussion on size of signs and where they would be placed. Motion was made by
Ben Filer to support the YMCA's request to be able to put 3x5 sponsored signs on he
outfield fences as described. These signs would be put up at the beginning of the
season and taken down at the end- Maintenance of signs would be the YMCA's
responsibility. The signs would be aesthetically acceptable to the City. The motion
was seconded by John Fritxsch. Approved -
b. Amendment of the electricity policy. The Board discussed the lights and field
usage and it was recommended to keep the same system that already exists on the
license agreement, with the difference of 650/6 reimbursement to the YMCA.instead of
35%. Motion was made by Ben Filer and seconded by Mike Rucker. Approved.
DEPARTMENTAL REPORT: s & Mathews
