Resolution Awarding Bid For Repair Landfill Entrance Road Project
(CWF10-444-18) to Garza Concrete Construction In An Estimated Total
Amount Of $119,463.80
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Repair Landfill
Entrance Road Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Garza Concrete
Construction, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $119,463.80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Repair Landfill Entrance Road Project (CWF10-444-18)
is awarded to Garza Concrete Construction, in an estimated total amount of $119,463.80,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said Contractor for the
construction of said project.
