Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of one (1)
custom lubrication truck body to BTE Body Company, Inc., in the
amount of $80,575.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of one
custom lubrication truck body; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on October 28, 2015;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase one custom lubrication truck
body, and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of one (1) custom
lubrication truck body to BTE Body Company, Inc., in the amount of $80,575.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of November, 2015.
