Resolution Awarding the Bid For the 2010 Drainage Improvements
Project (CWF08-552-15) to Earth Builders, LP, in an estimated total
amount of $436,502.90
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2010
Drainage Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Earth Builders, LP,
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $436,502.90.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2010 Drainage Improvement Project (CWF08-552-15)
is awarded to Earth Builders, LP, in an estimated total amount of $436,502.90, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project in accordance with the bid specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of April, 2010.
