Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Request The Wichita
Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation Define The Weeks Park Pond Project
To Include Landscaping, Trail, Fountain, Gazebo, And Other
Amenities
WHEREAS, the City is constructing an ornamental pond in South Weeks Park
using funding from the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation, and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to provide certain amenities to the pond project in
order to provide higher and better benefit from pond use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to request the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax
Corporation define the South Weeks Park Pond Project to include the amenities
described in the attached List of Amenities for the Weeks Park Pond Project.
