Resolution Awarding Bid For Phase I Of The Runway 17/35
Reconstruction Project At Wichita Falls Municipal Airport CWF 10-08
To Duininck, Inc. In An Estimated Total Amount Of $4,237,735
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for Phase I of the
Runway 17/35 Reconstruction Project CWF10-08; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Duininck, Inc. with a
bid in an estimated total amount of $4,237,735.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for Phase I of the Runway 17/35 Reconstruction Project CWF10-08 is
awarded to Duininck, Inc. in an estimated total amount of $4,237,735, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City, in accordance with the bid
specifications, for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of April, 2010.
