Dick Bundy called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.
Leo Lane moved, seconded by Reno Gustafson, that the minutes be approved. The
motion carried.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mr. Bundy adjourned the meeting into executive session at 3:06 p.m. pursuant to TEXAS
GOVERNMENT CODE §§ 551.072 and 551.087. He closed the executive session and announced
the meeting back into regular session at 3:27 p.m. lie declared that the subjects described in the
certified agenda were deliberated and no further action was taken.
4. Discussion regarding WFEDC processes, procedures, and guidelines.
Mr. Kevin Pearson gave a Power Point presentation on the Wichita Falls Economic
Development Corporation processes. He discussed purpose, source of leads, incentive
calculations, bow a for:.. al proposal is generated and various other duties in bringing new
business opportunities to Wichita Falls.
