The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Wingo at 2:00 p.m. He then proceeded to make

Note: Approval of a plat does not imply approval of development of
property in violation of the Zoning Ordinance.
1. Preliminary plat— Bolin Acres, Lots 1&2, Block I and Lot 1, Block 2
• The property is served by public water, however public sewer is unavailable, an
approved on-site sewage system will be required. (Public Works)
• All access to state highways shall be approved by TxDOT. (TxDOT)
• Provide utility slips. (Planning)
