Call To Order:
John Christoff, Chairperson called the meeting of the Wichita Falls Arts Commission
to order at 11:30 a.m. in room 203 of the W. F. Recreation Center. Mr. Christoff ask the
members to recognize Dorothy Roberts Burns as City Council Representative.
Presentations:
Presentations were made by representatives of non-profit organizations requesting
funding from the 2005-2006 FY budget. These representatives and organizations were

These ballots were then averaged by applicant to produce the following
recommendation to the City Council for funding from the FY 2005-2006 Budget:

There was a discussion on having the meeting more than once a year.
It was agreed to set the meeting for the first Tuesday in October each year.
A motion was made by John Hirschi to nominate John Christoff as chairperson, Dean
Brumley as 'Vice Chairperson and Marsha Dillion as Secretary for the 2005-2006 FY.
Motion was seconded and motion carried by unanimous vote.
A plaque will be made for Don ''Burkman in appreciation of his service to the Wichita
Falls Arts Commission.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
