Resolution Awarding Bid For The River Road Wastewater
Treatment Plant Headworks Building Motor Control Center
Replacement Project (CWF09-550-15) To Davis Electric
Company In The Estimated Total Amount Of $560,652.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the River
Road Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks Building Motor Control Center
Replacement Project (CWF09-550-15); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Davis Electric
Company, which made a unit lump sum price bid with an estimated total of
$560,652.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant
Headworks Building Motor Control Center Replacement Project (CWF09-550-15)
is awarded to Davis Electric Company, in an estimated total amount of
$560,652.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said
Contractor for the construction of such project in accordance with the bid
specifications.
