Resolution Approving The Programs And Expenditures Of The
Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation Board Of Directors, Including
A Public Viewing Area Project At Wild Bird Rescue In The Amount Of
$20,000 And T he Kell House Museum Renovations Phase I Project In
The Amount Of $40,000
WHEREAS, T L G ’ . C §501.073(a) provides “ The corporation's

authorizing unit will approve all programs and expenditures of a corporation and
annually review any fina ncial statements of the corporation;” and
WHEREAS, on or prior to this date, the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation
approved the projects listed below as stated in its agenda.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
1. The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation ’s approval and funding of the
following programs and expenditures , as described above and in said corporation’s
agenda, is approved:
Wild Bird Rescue Public Viewing Area Projec t
, which will provide for the
construction of a public viewing area at the Wild Bird Rescue Center at 4611
$20,000
Lake Shore Drive, Wichita Falls, in the total amount up to .
Kell House Museum Renovations Phase 1 Project
, which will provide for the
ren ovation, demolition, stabilization, and restoration of the Kell House Museum at
