Resolution Authorizing Expenditure By The City Of Wichita Falls
Police Department From The Seized Funds Account In The Amount
Of $6,015 For The Procurement Of A Wireless/Hardwired Video And
Audio Receiver With DVR, 10" Monitor, And Camera Not Included In
The FY 2009 / 2010 General Fund Budget.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Police Department is awarded confiscated
funds; and,
WHEREAS, certain programs and procurements may be funded entirely by the
seized funds account; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Police Department has funding available in
the amount of $6,015.00 in the seized fund account; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to authorize this expenditure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The expenditure of funds in the amount of $6,015 is hereby authorized for
expenses necessary for the procurement of the following necessary items of equipment
for the Police Department:
Wireless/Hardwired Video and Audio Receiver with DVR
10" Monitor
Camera
