Resolution approving a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $441,800 in
design/build services contract with Trinity-Hughes for the
construction of the Fleet Maintenance Small Engine Shop Project,
and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents
necessary
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has selected the firm of Trinity-Hughes to
perform Design/Build services for the construction of its Small Engine Shop; and,
WHEREAS, Trinity-Hughes has proposed a Guaranteed Maximum Price of
$441,800 to complete the construction of the Small Engine Shop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement, in a form approved by
the City Attorney, with Trinity-Hughes for the construction of the Fleet Maintenance
Small Engine Shop Project, and authorizes a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $441,800
for the completion of the Small Engine Shop Project.
