Resolution awarding bid and contract for the Permanent Indirect
Potable Reuse System Pipeline Project to S & J Construction Co., Inc. in
the amount of $9,766,399.12
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Permanent
Indirect Potable Reuse System Pipeline Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is S&J Construction
Co., Inc., who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $9,766,399.12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Permanent Indirect Potable Reuse System Pipeline
Project is awarded to S & J Construction Co., Inc., in an estimated total amount of
$9,766,399.12, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
