Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of twelve (12)
2016 Ford Utility Police Interceptors from the low bidder Sam Pack’s
Five Star Ford, Ltd., in the amount of $339,625.56
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requeste d bids for the purchase of twelve
2016 Ford Utility Police Interceptors; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on October 26, 2015;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase twelve 2016 Ford Utility Police
Interceptors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of twelve (12) 2016
Ford Utility Police Interceptors to Sam Pack ’s Five Star Ford, Ltd., in the amount of
$339,625.56.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of November, 2015.
