Company the right-of-way over and along Seventh Street.

WNBITZ., PALM, TEXAS:
See. 1. That the Western Union Telegraph Dompany
are hereby granted the right-of-way for one line of telegraph
poles along the south of seventh street, from the Ft . North
& Denver right-of-way to Scott Avenue; provided that the said
company place its wires in such manner as not t6 obstruct or
endanger travel or property.
