SEC.2. Any change in Lhe location Of the poles and

the comnAttee on streets of the said City Council.

maintained. so as not to interfere with travel on said highways
and said Company shall hold s,-�icl City free and harmless from2

said. Company. Said. -poles shall be so placed as r.ot to inter-
fere with the flow of water in any SOWOr, gas 'pipe, drain or
gutter, and in case of bringing to grade or change of grade
of any street or alley, said poles s1zall be said company be
reset so Ias to conform thereto , and this grant is r4lade and is
to be enjoyed, subject to all such reasonable reoiilations as
said City Coiuicil may be authorized or see prover at any time
