It is speoially provided that said tracks shall be laid. in
00nfoVMit with the franchise hereinabove referred. to, granted the
said J.A. emp and Frvnk Kall on the 27th day of January A.D. 19091
and that same shall be laid in conformity with the requirements of
said fran.ehiseap said work to be done under the supervision of the
Ott Engineer of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas. This franchise
shall terminate with the original granchise herein referred to
of which this is made a part.
It is further provided that this ordinance shall become a
part of the original franchise granted the MAd J.A. Kemp and, Frame
