SECTION -1-
All, owners or occupants of premises in the City& -,'lichita Falls,Texas
having privies or dry toilets on sAch premises,must7'Ak* f within tw the same.o hundred

SECTION -11-

Drivies of that type recommended by the Texas State
adopted by the local Board of Health.All such nrivies are to be so constructed
and maintained that the excremental contents thereof are thoroughly protected
against the access of flies,and it shall be required that upon the Contents of
each such privy, the occupants of the premises which that- privy serve --ff h a�I
shall use some effective and approved aeoderant and disinfectant at sufficient
frequent intervals to prevent such privy from becoming a nuiasance.
When the privies so constructed are of the pit type the pit shall be not
less than four feet deep and such nits shall not be allowed to become more )
than three fourths full.As it becomes necessary new, Dits shall be dug and the
abandoned pits filled in7such::a;-rhanner that the excremental contents will be ,
covered with at least one foot of earth.
SECTION -111-
It ' shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to throw or deposit any
slo-os. wash water,garbage or any other licuid waste onto the excremental
contents of any such dry toilet.
SECTION -lV-

Any person, firm or cornoration violating any .of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,and upon conviction shall
be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars.
