transfers, to any passenger or passengers when demanded upon they
payment of 2 cents by any passenger or passengers riding on said
lane of railway who desire to transfer and change from one of the
said car Linea of railway to another of said car lanes of rail-
way at the intersection of Thirteenth and Lamar Streets, so as to
permit a continuous trip from the Southland line to the car barn
line and from the oar barn line to the Southland line by trans•.

by to require transfers only at said point and only to persons
desiring to transfer and make a continu-us trip from a point on
one of said lines to a point on the other' and provides Further
that the increased rate and transfer charge hereby allowed shall
extend for two years only and at the end of said time shall be-
come null and v oid and the previous rates in force heretofore
shall again become effective. This amendment shall be subject
to all of the provisions of the New Charter of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and all the amencbnents thereto, and the ordinances
of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas„ now in force or that may
hereafter be enacted by the City of Wichita Falls Texas.'
