" ordinance to amend Section One of OrdinQ--.,ce
No. 109, passed by the City Council of the City
of Richita Falls, Texas, on 23rd day of February, 1909
and approved on same day by T. B. Noble, mayor. , so as
to increase certain inspection fees therein provided
for,and which hereafter shall read as follows :

of Wichita Falls :
S.,,CTTON 1. That all companies, firms, co-partnerships ,
corporions or individuals, (except public telephone, tele-
graph and messenger call companies operating under a regular
franch3.se granted by the City of V�ichita .[J'all.s end already
under bonds to the City of 1'`Iichita Falls ), who desires to
have electric wiring, electric fixtures, appliances or ap-
paratus installed in or on any building ( except central sta-
tion power houses and sub-stations belonging to the electriz
light or street railway companies operating under a frar-chise )
shall, before such installation is done, procure a permit from
the city electrician. The term "electric wiring" herein used
is intended to mean the installation of electric wires-, fixtures,
applicances or apparatus, or the addition to any wire, fixture,
appliance or apparatus used or to be used on or in any building
for the purpose of transmitting electrical current for electric
light, heat, or power, gas lighting systems, house annunciators,
burglar alarms, electric bells, electric signal systems, privop_
telephone, telegraph messenger call systems, lighting 'fu1'es

if, for any reason after a permit is issued, it is

or any change made therein on which a certifi-cate has been
issued on original worko then a permit must be obtained for such
addition, change or extension, whether obtained on original work

tire installation.
