B. Noble, mayor. , so as to increase certain inspection fees therein provided for,and which hereafter shall read as follows : .it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls : S.,,CTTON 1. That all companies, firms, co-partnerships , corporions or individuals, (except public telephone, tele- graph and messenger call companies operating under a regular franch3.se granted by the City of V�ichita .[J'all.s end already under bonds to the City of 1'`Iichita Falls ), who desires to have electric wiring, electric fixtures, appliances or ap- paratus installed in or on any building ( except central sta- tion power houses and sub-stations belonging to the electriz light or street railway companies operating under a frar-chise ) shall, before such installation is done, procure a permit from the city electrician.
